Privacy policy

This website does not use advertising cookies or sell personal information.

When you submit the consultation form, we save your name, email, optional phone, selected service area, goals, optional budget and timing, and any planning brief or proposal comparison you explicitly choose to include in our private Lovable Cloud database. We also save the form language, submission time and a technical duplicate-prevention identifier. The planning studio and proposal notes stay in this browser tab unless you choose to include them; reset removes them sooner.

We use your submission to review your project inquiry and contact you. Submissions are stored privately and are not publicly readable. The form confirms receipt when your request is saved; it does not send an automatic email confirmation. You may also call or email us directly. Please avoid sensitive documents or a precise address in the form.

Optional site measurement is off unless you explicitly allow it below and a Google Analytics destination is configured. If enabled, Google may receive page categories, general interaction types, service and area categories, and language; we do not send inquiry text, contact details, URL parameters or referrers. Your choice is saved in this browser, and duplicate-event safeguards are stored for this tab only. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable collection. You can deny measurement here at any time. The analytics provider may process technical request information under its own terms.

The Google Maps location on the contact page is loaded only if you select Show map. Google may then receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details under its own terms. The map is not used to submit your inquiry.

If you request an AI project summary, your description, selected project type and any photos you choose are sent to Lovable AI to generate a summary, questions and next steps. Photos are re-encoded in your browser to remove embedded location metadata before sending. Photos and generated text are not saved in our consultation database or automatically sent as an inquiry. Avoid precise addresses, identifiable faces and sensitive details. AI-generated suggestions are not professional feasibility or permit advice.

To limit abuse, we store a one-way technical fingerprint with an hourly attempt count; we do not retain raw visitor IP addresses in our consultation tables. Standard hosting and email providers may process operational logs or messages. We do not use submissions for advertising or sell them.
