A quieter expression of grandeur.

Concept planning dates only — not confirmed construction, completion or delivery.
These are design concepts, not listings or KB projects. Nothing here is for sale, for lease, reserved, permitted or under construction. ZIP codes give design context only and do not identify a property.
A warm contemporary estate imagined as a long, low composition of limestone, bronze and glass, organised around a private courtyard.
AUREL begins with restraint. Rather than height or ornament, the concept looks for presence in proportion: two broad horizontal levels, deep shadow lines and a single material language carried from the street to the garden.
Vein-cut limestone forms the calm mass of the house. Fluted bronze appears only where the hand meets the building — entry, screens and gate — so detail is discovered rather than announced.
Full-height glass is envisioned to open the principal rooms toward an inner courtyard, a tranquil pool and olive trees, letting daily life move between interior and garden without a clear threshold.
Quiet, linear grain for the principal mass.
Reserved for entry, screens and touch points.
Slender frames that keep views uninterrupted.
Silvery planting with a restrained, dry palette.
A private outdoor room the house is imagined to wrap around.
Two broad levels with long eaves and deep shadow lines.
Principal rooms envisioned to open fully toward pool and garden.
Bronze used sparingly where it is felt, not just seen.
A concept does not answer whether it can be built on a particular lot. These are the questions to resolve first; they are not conclusions.
Does the lot's width, slope and setbacks allow a long, low two-level plan around a courtyard, or would the courtyard shrink?
What to check about a lot →How would limestone near a pool be sealed and cleaned, and how does fluted bronze age if left unlacquered?
What handover documents should cover →Can full-height glass with slender frames meet the energy standards for the house as a whole?
Energy questions before design →AUREL Estate
