Design story

A refined four-story residential building with a sculpted ivory facade, softly rounded balconies, bronze-framed windows and deep planted terraces.

MIRA explores how a shared building can feel as personal as a house. The concept treats the facade as a single sculpted surface, its balcony corners gently rounded so the building reads as calm and continuous.

Bronze window frames draw a fine, warm line across the ivory mass. Deep terraces with integrated planters are imagined as true outdoor rooms, bringing shade and greenery to every level of the composition.

At street level, a polished landscaped entry and lobby set the tone: a considered arrival sequence of stone, planting and soft light before residents reach their own door.

Questions this design study raises

A concept does not answer whether it can be built on a particular lot. These are the questions to resolve first; they are not conclusions.
